Our startup day continues to be one of the largest startup conferences in the nation, and Techweek 2012 Conference & Expo gives you access to the top 35 COMPETE startups, product launches, 50+ tech startup demos, and a live on-stage startup competition judged by premiere venture capitalists and Angel investors.
Think your venture is better than the rest? Apply for COMPETE, where we’ll be selecting the top 35 startups to be judged by our expert panel. If you are accepted, then you’ll be given a table on the exhibition floor for free. The first round of judging is done à la a science fair, with judges intermingling with attendees to watch your pitch on the exhibition floor. The top five will then be selected for a 3 minute pitch in front of the audience and the panel of judges, where they will undergo a second round of judging. The winner of that pitch competition will take home over $100,000 in cash and services from our sponsors.

The mVDEMO area is open to any early-stage startup (companies or nonprofits less than 3 years old and with less than $2 million in funding), where your company will receive great exposure to the conference audience with a 24″ bar-height table, wi-fi, and two conference passes for your team.
Introduce your new product or service to an audience of industry professionals at TechweekLAUNCH. We’re accepting 35 companies for the chance to jumpstart start their product, to whom we’ll supply a table at the exhibition floor, a targeted audience of industry professionals, bloggers, media, and fellow entrepreneurs, and 5 minutes of stage time. Any company that has debuted a new technology application can launch it in the showcase.
One “people’s choice” company will be voted on by the audience to present with the top 5 COMPETE startups to win over $100,000 in prizes from our sponsors.
