Would you like to speak at Techweek? Fill out a speaker request form to get started.

Each session lasts 60 minutes. Sessions may include one speaker (solo speaker) or up to 5 speakers (panels). Sessions will take place during the entire Techweek conference from Friday, July 22, through Monday, July 25, at The Merchandise Mart. Sessions will be booked on a rolling basis and are due by May 15.

What are the basic requirements of speaker proposals?

Your proposed session must fit into at least one of the 10 conference tracks. All of the following formats of speaking will be considered:

1) One or two speakers giving a presentation
2) One or many speakers leading a workshop / seminar
3) Three to Five speakers and a moderator on a panel talk
4) Activity sessions (no speakers, only activity leaders)
